The team at FARCO seeks an organized Manager – Grain Division to lead daily warehouse and parts operations supporting our grain‑handling facilities. The role ensures operational efficiency through accurate inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance support in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing parts and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for grain‑handling and maintenance components using a web‑based inventory control system.
- Partner closely with operations teams to support scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Coordinate vendor orders, returns, and warranty claims.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse environment.
- Unload trucks and verify shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Experience in warehouse management, parts management, and web‑based inventory control systems.
- Experience operating forklifts and/or telehandlers.
- Knowledge of grain‑handling equipment preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or ability to obtain a CDL.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent required.
- Self‑motivated leader with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate operational needs.
- Team‑oriented approach with a commitment to safety and service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities during peak grain seasons.
