Seasonal, experienced Tax Professional service clients with diverse tax needs.

• Build client relationships that grow stronger every year.
• Conduct tax interviews face‑to‑face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support
  • All certification levels can provide tax notice services.
  • Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation.
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience working with individuals and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with virtual tools – video, phone and chat.
• Effective communication in person, via phone and in writing.
• Must meet all IRS and applicable state requirements, including continuing education.
• High school diploma/equivalent or higher.
