Field Superintendent

The Field Superintendent Site Services serves as a consistent on site presence supporting daily construction activities and site services at the Newport project. This role is highly hands on and construction focused with an emphasis on physical site coordination maintaining jobsite organization and supporting field execution. The Field Superintendent Site Services works closely with Project Management and field teams to ensure work progresses safely efficiently and in alignment with Cobalt standards.

• Support and carry out daily on site construction activities and site services
• Assist with coordination of subcontractors vendors and material deliveries
• Participate in daily site setup cleanup and general jobsite organization
• Monitor work in progress to ensure alignment with plans specifications and quality expectations
• Maintain a safe clean and compliant jobsite at all times
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify issues hazards or needs and escalate as appropriate
• Communicate site conditions progress and issues to Project Management
• Assist with inspections punch lists and closeout activities
• Support trade sequencing and day to day workflow coordination
• Serve as a consistent on site presence representing Cobalt standards and expectations

• Minimum of three to five years of construction field experience required
• Prior experience in a field support lead site services or assistant superintendent capacity preferred
• Working knowledge of construction means methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently in an active construction environment
• OSHA ten certification required within ninety days of hire
