Guest Service Rep

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Inn at Nye Beach. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about the Inn at Nye Beach, local attractions, and services.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
