Service Writer Personnel

SERVICE ADVISOR'S, SERVICE WRITER'SNewport Toyota is looking for motivated person to act as a liaison between customers and the technical team in our dealership.

Customer service:
Greet customers, listen to concerns, and provide a friendly experience. Technical diagnosis:
Use technical knowledge to identify problems, which may involve asking questions or performing a visual inspection. Prepare a repair order that includes cost, time, and labor estimates. Schedule service appointments and check-ups. Explain service outcomes and answer questions. Advise customers on how to care for their vehicles and maintain them according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure excellent quality of service. Should have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as general computer skills.

Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively

Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills to perform their job successfully

Knowledge of digital technology including the ability to use the internet and the appropriate software

Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers

Patience to cope with different customers’ personalities

Decision-making skills

Proficiency with industry-specific software
