Join the fun front desk team at our historic oceanfront hotel in Nye Beach! We are looking for a friendly and organized individual with excellent guest service skills to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and manage reservations
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a plus
