Registered Nurse Med/Surg

As a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with various medical conditions. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
• Documenting patient care accurately and timely
• Responding to medical emergencies
• Implementing infection control protocols
• Ensuring patient safety at all times
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Providing emotional support to patients and families

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 1+ years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
