Med-Surg Nursing - RN - NOC Shift

Schedule:
7:00PM - 7:00AM x 3 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $57 - $61/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Newport, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a MED-SURG:
- Provide professional nursing care to acutely ill adult patients in a Medical Surgical setting
- Care for patients requiring both emergent and elective surgery
- Maintain current, unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Maintain Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification
- Maintain current NIHSS certification
- Deliver the highest standards of professional patient care in collaboration with nurse assistants and other team members
- Pursue and maintain specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing as encouraged
- Provide a comprehensive submission including skills list, references, and relevant licensure/certifications/credentials
- Provide availability and preferred method of contact for interview scheduling
