Manage all aspects of the Shoe department including profit and loss responsibilities, seasonal sets, on hand price integrity, and to maintain a clean, recovered, and in stock department;
Demonstrate the Companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety;
Maintain compliance with merchandising standards, signage, stockroom, and fixture usage and maintenance; oversee replenishment and freight procedures; perform inventory control; verify ads and promotions; plan ads/store events; ensure price changes are correct; promote company initiatives; sell merchandise; perform cashier functions
