This isn’t a basic maintenance-only position. We’re looking for an experienced technician who is comfortable handling a variety of work, including:
- General automotive repair
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Electrical diagnosis and repair
- Drivability concerns
- Preventive maintenance
- Inspecting vehicles and identifying needed repairs
- Working primarily on Domestic and Asian vehicles
- Completing quality repairs efficiently and accurately
You’ll have two Service Advisors supporting the shop, so you can spend more of your time focused on diagnosing and repairing vehicles rather than handling customer communication or parts ordering.
What We’re Looking For A-Level Technicians:- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, drivability, and repair skills
- Ability to independently handle complex repairs and diagnostics
- Leadership potential is highly valued
- Approximately 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Solid general repair and diagnostic abilities
- Desire to continue developing technical skills
We don’t expect technicians to stop learning once they’re hired.
Our technicians have access to unlimited training through NAPA Gold, and we pay you for the time you spend training. We also provide an annual 4-day training event in Seattle, covered by the shop, and offer bonuses for earning ASE certifications.
