Our growing company seeks a dynamic Accounting Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. The candidate will manage all aspects of accounting operations, from accounts receivable to bank reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting, and will ensure compliance with GAAP.

- Oversee all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with applicable GAAP standards.
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, ensuring they are maintained and updated.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures, including documentation.
- Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
- Utilize Quick Books for the management of financial tasks, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with external auditors, providing required information and addressing queries.
- Develop and manage financial systems/models and conduct business modeling and risk assessments.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadership.
- Continuously assess current accounting operations, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior‑level finance or accounting position.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Quick Books and other accounting software.
- In‑depth knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent mathematical skills and ability to create and manage accounting and financial spreadsheets.
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving aptitude.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ethics and ability to manage confidential data.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with ability to manage and direct a team.
