Job Description
You will serve as direct support to the department leadership and is tasked with coordinating, tracking and overseeing a variety of requirements needed for the operation of the department.
You will provide oversight and guidance in managing administrative resources and ensuring effective and efficient administrative support services are provided to Division or Department leadership, Deputy, and Senior Leadership Team.
You will prepare/compile Department-level organizational, execution and financial briefs, reports, spreadsheets, white papers, etc.
You will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of department administrative functions and provide recommendations for process improvement and efficiencies.
You will require critical and independent judgment and an extended, intimate grasp of a specialized and complex administrative/technical areas.
You will establish and maintain effective working relationships with department management and administrative personnel.
