Position: Business Transformation Product Manager - (Healthcare - AI)

We have been engaged in a national search for a Senior Business Transformation Product Manager to lead high-impact business transformation initiatives at the intersection of product management, Artificial Intelligence, technology, and operations within the healthcare space.

This is an opportunity to help shape how AI and emerging technology transform healthcare operations from identifying high-value opportunities to building and scaling solutions that improve affordability, quality, access, and the overall healthcare experience.

This role will identify and prioritize opportunities to improve business performance, reduce costs, and enhance member and provider experiences. A major focus will be applying Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, automation, and analytics to solve complex business problems within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Potential areas of focus include Total Cost of Care, Utilization Management, Population Health, Chronic Conditions, Health Payer Operations, ROC, FP&A, and Healthcare Systems.

In this role, the Senior Business Transformation Manager will:

  • The Product Manager will work across business leadership, IT, AI, data, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams to take ideas from opportunity identification through pilot, implementation, and measurable business results.
  • Own product strategy, scope, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes for a defined domain or transformation portfolio.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities across business processes, technology, and operating models.
  • Identify opportunities where AI, AI agents, Generative AI, automation, and analytics can improve efficiency, decision-making, cost, and experience.
  • Translate business problems into practical AI-enabled products and transformation solutions.
  • Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept, and rapid experiments, using results to refine and scale successful solutions.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, IT, AI, data, analytics, and business leaders to design and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop reusable, scalable solutions that can address opportunities across multiple business areas.
  • Establish and track financial, operational, and experience outcomes, including ROI and cost reduction.
  • Drive adoption and ensure new solutions become embedded in day-to-day operations.

The appropriate individual must have demonstrated experience in the following:

  • 7–10 years of experience in product management, business transformation, operations, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation that can include:
    Total Cost of Care, Utilization Management, Population Health, Chronic Conditions, Health Payer Operations, FP&A, and other Healthcare Systems.
  • Proven background with end-to-end implementations of AI solutions, Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation within healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry operations and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to identify practical business applications for emerging AI technologies and translate them into measurable business value.
  • Strong understanding of how to work across business and technology teams.
  • Working in healthcare, health insurance, or another highly regulated environment preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to connect product decisions to financial and operational outcomes.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
