The Preservation Society of Newport County is seeking a part-time Customer Service Ambassador to work in-person at The Breakers, Newport, RI. The role involves handling phone calls, emails, and front-line inquiries with a courteous, professional approach and department collaboration.
You will maintain FAQ files, stay updated on events and pricing, and coordinate with Visitor Experience and Museum Affairs while adhering to safety rules and guidelines. Flexible 2 days/week, up to 10 hours weekly.
