• Lead with Purpose - Take charge of daily administrative and clinical operations that directly impact patient lives
• Drive Excellence - Implement and monitor operating policies that set the gold standard for dental care
• Build Amazing Teams - Manage staffing and scheduling to create the perfect patient experience
• Analyze for Success - Track and boost provider productivity through smart schedule analysis
• Ensure Safety & Compliance - Maintain pristine facilities, top‑notch equipment, and flawless regulatory standards
• Master the Numbers - Oversee financial operations including collections and billing

• 2+ years of medical/dental office management experience
• Proven supervisory experience
• Rock‑solid understanding of medical/dental billing and collections
• EDR systems expertise (Next Gen experience is a huge plus!)
• Lightning‑fast adaptation to existing systems and processes
• Change and transition planning management
• Exceptional organizational and time management
• Crystal‑clear communication skills for seamless transitions

• Interim leadership experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese
