Confidential Dental Practice, supported by Faith Technologies, Inc. (Faith Tech), seeks an Oral Surgeon to provide high-quality surgical care across technology-enabled dental practices. You will perform extractions, implants, bone grafting, and pathology management while collaborating with general dentists and specialists. Partner with Faith Tech’s IT team to leverage secure digital imaging, practice management systems, and teleconsult tools that enhance patient outcomes, efficiency, and data security.

Ideal candidates demonstrate clinical excellence, clear communication, and a commitment to patient safety, service, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform extractions, implants, bone grafting, and other oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
  • Conduct consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning using digital imaging and practice management systems
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative patient care and education
  • Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, and specialists to coordinate care across supported practices
  • Maintain rigorous standards for infection control, documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Use technology tools implemented by Faith Tech to support efficient, secure clinical workflows
  • Participate in case reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols
  • Support training and guidance for staff on surgical workflows and patient safety best practices

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Active state Dental License
  • DEA registration
