Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on‑site medical care in post‑acute, rehabilitation, long‑term care, and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities- Deliver face‑to‑face primary care services.
- Participate in educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews. Collabor with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
