The heart of an educator and one of these qualifications:

• RI Department of Education teacher certification in Early Childhood Education,
  or
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in ECE with 3 months of supervised teaching experience,
  or
• Bachelor's or Associate in a related field
  * with infant/toddler classroom experience

* Related fields include Human Development, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Child & Family Studies
