Job Title

The duties include:

• Assisting in the design and delivery of CLE's Leadership in the Profession of Arms (LPA) course.
• Assisting in the design and delivery of CLE's suite of Flag Officer Education courses.
• Planning and assisting in the design and execution of ethics conference hosted by the Naval War College.
• Representing the Naval War College at ethics conferences and symposia globally, specifically addressing professional military ethics.
• Researching and publishing on the topic of professional military ethics.
• Establishing a colloquium between other DoW PME institutions and academies to meet on a regular basis to share ideas, information, and best practices in educating students in professional military ethics.
• Acting as a resource for Naval War College academic departments and colleges on curriculum development in the area of professional military ethics.
• Integrating professional military ethics throughout the Navy's Professional Military Education Continuum.
• Supporting the President of the U.S. Naval War College in executing responsibilities to the Chief of Naval Operations for oversight of military professional ethics development across the United States Navy.
