Join our team as a Site Coordinator and play a key role in shaping enriching out-of-school-time programs that inspire students, strengthen community connections, and support positive youth development. In this dynamic role, you'll lead program operations, support student success, collaborate with educators and community partners, and ensure quality programming that creates meaningful opportunities for children and families every day.

As a member of the NFCOZ Student Supports Team, the Site Coordinator oversees and supports out-of-school-time (OST) programming and childcare services at Pell Elementary School. This position is responsible for coordinating extended learning opportunities, supervising staff and participants, fostering relationships with school and community partners, promoting family engagement, supporting students' social-emotional growth, and maintaining high standards of program quality and compliance.

The Site Coordinator also helps advance NFCOZ initiatives while championing the mission and values of East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP).
