Job Description

POSITION:
Student Government
- The Diversity and Relevance Committee Advisor, Rogers High School

SCHOOL YEAR:  (One Year Only)

STARTING DATE:
September 2026
- Advisor reports directly to the Principal

SALARY:
Stipend $1,500.00

Qualifications
  • Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the advisory obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule and will fit in with the advisory program at the high school.
  • Previous advisory experience desired.
  • Present employment at Rogers High School preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process.
Responsibilities
  • Schedules and supervises meetings, and activities of the Diversity and Relevance Committee on the premises of Rogers High School.
  • Selects appropriate materials and activities and reviews them with the Principal for authorization.
  • Organizes and schedules activities to coordinate with the school calendar.
  • Maintains financial accounting records and reports status to the Principal.
  • Ensures that students are transported according to school policy.
  • Performs any other duties stipulated by the Principal of Rogers High School.
