SCHOOL YEAR: (One Year Only)

Salary: $1,000.00 (Stipend)
Reports to:
Directly to the Principal, Director of ELS & Student Services Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the advisory obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule.
- Previous assembly coordination experience desired.
- Present employment at Rogers High School
- Currently teaching and ELD class at Rogers High School
- Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules and supervises meetings, and activities related to the Hispanic Heritage Month Assembly on the premises of Rogers High School or approved location.
- Selects and provides appropriate materials (i.e., decorations, food, clean-up, music, audio, slide show, certificates, etc.) and activities and reviews them with the Principal or designee for authorization.
- Organizes and schedules activities to coordinate with the school calendar
- Organizes fundraiser events.
- Communicate with community members, newspaper, families, RHS administration staff and secretaries regarding date and important information.
- Maintains financial accounting records and reports status to the Principal or designee.
- Utilize social media to promote fundraising events, awardees and special guests.
- Coordinate with awardees and their families to write and distribute thank you letters.
- Ensures that students are transported according to school policy.
- Performs any other duties stipulated by the Principal of Rogers High School.
