JOB DESCRIPTION:

EDUCATION, TRAINING, and

EXPERIENCE:

• Assigned to Thompson Middle School in any instructional position
• Demonstrates ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience.
• Has strong organizational skills
• Promote a fun, positive culture, and climate at Thompson Middle School

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and lead a Health and Wellness team that meets monthly
• Organizes Quarterly Staff Celebrations
• Keep track of Special Holidays
  - Nurses Day, Secretaries Day etc.
• Organizes opportunities for exercise for staff.
• Prepares monthly Gifts for Staff
• Collaborates with administration to promote ideas to support the health and wellness of the staff.
• Collaborate with TMS PTO to Plan Events for Staff
• Health and Wellness Bulletin Board
• Promote Seasonal Themes

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: $300 annual stipend
