Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Rail
- Outside IR35 (791412) Newport, Wales
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join a Rail Infrastructure team based in Newport, working on a programme focused on digitalising and modernising the railway.
Responsibilities- Providing a dedicated and professional pre and post contract commercial management service
- Ensuring projects are successfully delivered within cost and time constraints
- Assisting with commercial management of various work packages such as Design, Installation, Test & Commission, Materials, Telecoms, Electrification, Power, Plant, Professional Services, Civil Engineering and Permanent Way
- Providing contractual and commercial support to Project Managers and Engineering
- Substantial Senior Quantity Surveyor experience working in the rail
- Experienced in the rail industry
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Strong track record on the contractor side, project environment
