Marriott is seeking a dedicated Spa Specialist to join our Personal Care & Service team within the Hospitality & Travel industry. In this on-site role, you will deliver high-quality massages, facials, and body treatments while creating a relaxing, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You'll conduct personalized consultations, uphold strict sanitation standards, and collaborate with the spa and hotel teams to ensure seamless experiences.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of spa services such as massages, facials, and body treatments following Marriott standards
- Conduct thorough guest consultations to identify needs, preferences, and any contraindications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and serene spa environment, including treatment rooms and common areas
- Upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and Marriott brand protocols
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest flow and room readiness
- Accurately document treatments, guest preferences, and service notes in spa systems
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current on spa trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Support spa promotions, special packages, and loyalty initiatives to increase guest engagement
- Model Marriott's people-first, service-oriented culture in all guest and team interactions
