Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
- Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
- Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
- 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
