Strategos Consulting, LLC is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their team in Newport, Rhode Island. The successful candidate will support a government contract at the Naval War College, providing crucial help desk services. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of IT systems, network infrastructure, and application software, with demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Working hours are set from 0700 to 1700, Monday through Friday. A Top Secret clearance is required. Excellent communication skills are necessary to create user documentation and operate effectively within the team.
