Custom Computer Specialists is looking to hire a Senior On‑Site Technician to be an integral part of our On‑Site Services Team. The role provides full‑time, on‑site, end‑user support for a Rhode Island education client and requires delivering exceptional client support with high satisfaction levels in a technically diverse environment.

• Perform on‑site end‑user support for client systems and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation of support tickets and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.

• Experience as a senior technician or similar role in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and common enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies quickly.
