Duties
You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop/laptop configurations (hardware and software) to ensure their confidentiality, integrity and availability.
You will install, test, operate, and manage networks and their firewalls to support the security of information and information systems.
You will upgrade or replace existing software to improve system capabilities, curricular effectiveness, and program efficiency.
You will provide expertise to staff, faculty, and students to enable them to best utilize the software applications available to them on their workstations.
