Makwa Global is hiring a Material Coordinator to serve as the logistical nerve center for our operations will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between receiving docks, storage bins, and end-user departments. This role is highly systems-focused, requiring a sharp eye for data accuracy within the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the routing of incoming materials, verifying Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) such as DD Form 1348-1A to ensure 100% FIAR compliance.
- Accurately input Goods Receipts (GR) and Material Expenditures into Navy ERP within strict 24-to-72-hour turn-around metrics.
- Track high-priority (Priority 01-03) materials and coordinate immediate dock-to-desk deliveries.
- Review production schedules and customer requests to determine material requirements and availability.
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody documentation for classified, hazardous, and serial-number tracked assets.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating materials, production control, or expediting within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with data entry in complex ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD CAC/Security Clearance.
