Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Acute Care for a nursing position in Newport, Kentucky.

Full Time. Pay: $42.85 to $57.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Maintain the delivery of quality care, ensuring nursing care plan is followed.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans.
• Conduct systematic assessments of patients on an ongoing basis.
• Provide nursing care tailored to hemodialysis patients.
• Interpret assessment data and information.
• Collaborate with providers regarding dialysis treatment plans.
• Perform hemodialysis as prescribed.
• Teach and counsel patients and families.

• Valid temporary or permanent State Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum 1 year of Hemodialysis experience.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred:
  Hemodialysis experience in an acute care setting or acute care experience.
