Keyholder – Southern Tide Retail Store

Southern Tide, LLC is a lifestyle apparel brand that offers premium products, experiences, and service to customers worldwide.

• Assist with daily operations of the Southern Tide retail store—including sales, customer service, and safeguarding store assets.
• Present and sell merchandise in accordance with the Southern Tide brand, providing recommendations and add‑on suggestions to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and offer fit, fashion, and wardrobe advice to enhance the shopping experience.
• Use the point‑of‑sale system to process routine register transactions, inventory receiving, transfers, and register and store opening/closing.
• Participate in all store meetings and work to exceed sales and service performance goals set by store management.
• Provide ideas to improve merchandising, staffing, floor displays, fixtures, advertising, promotion, hours of operation, or other business growth initiatives.
• Safeguard store assets, maintain inventory integrity, and assist with cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Operate the store following company policies and procedures, including opening and closing in the absence of the manager or assistant manager.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively with a team and willing to problem‑solve with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Band, stooping, and kneeling required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
