Position Summary

The part‑time Sales Associate II (Sales Lead) supports the store with daily business operations, customer engagement, merchandising standards, and management of store functions. The role acts as a store leader during manager absences and contributes to a positive workplace environment that maximizes productivity and profitability.

• Follow store management direction to achieve sales goals and maintain a productive sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when the only member of management is present, ensuring excellent customer service and rapid resolution of customer issues.
• Model brand‑specific standards and encourage brand engagement by wearing and promoting the Lee and Wrangler products.
• Greet and actively engage customers, ask open‑ended questions, assist in fitting rooms, and suggest products that meet customers’ needs.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, operations, and safety procedures, reporting concerns to the Store Manager.
• Delegate tasks to associates to sustain operational excellence.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store’s appearance aligns with brand guidelines.
• Communicate associate concerns to the Store Manager and support an open‑door culture.
• Promote an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and fosters creativity and continuous improvement.

• Operate office equipment such as cash registers, computers, phones, and scanners.
• Stand during scheduled shifts for up to 8 hours and perform walking, moving, and lifting tasks up to 25 lbs. routinely or 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Push or pull full racks of merchandise to restock.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves and maintain store cleanliness.
• Occasionally assemble displays and rearrange store layout.
• Read labels accurately and handle fine manipulation tasks such as folding and sorting clothing.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
