Starting at $18/hour, with earning potential of up to $28/hour, including tips.

As a Bun Slinger, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

From welcoming guests and packaging products to keeping the bakery fully stocked and ready for service, you'll play an important role in bringing the Co-Dough experience to life.

• Welcome and assist customers
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Operate the register and process transactions
• Package and present products
• Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations
• Maintain product displays throughout the day
• Restock beverages, packaging, and front-of-house supplies
• Keep all customer-facing areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the bakery is always service-ready

• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout a shift
• Weekend availability preferred
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
