Compensation: Starting at $16/hour + pooled tips (typically $20–$27/hour total

Co-Dough is a sourdough-focused bakery built on doing things the right way — high-quality ingredients, no shortcuts, and a lot of care behind everything we make.

We’re growing quickly and looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth. We want people who care about what they do, take pride in their work, and are excited to be part of building something.

This isn’t just standing behind a register.

You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with, so you play a big part in the experience they have at Co-Dough. You’ll take orders, package products, answer questions, keep the front organized, and help keep things moving when we’re busy.

It gets fast-paced, and we need someone who can move quickly without losing attention to detail or customer service. You should be comfortable talking to people, jumping in where you’re needed, and noticing what needs to be done without always having to be asked.

• Greet and help customers

• Take orders accurately using our POS system

• Handle cash and card transactions

• Package orders and keep products looking presentable

• Keep the front of the bakery clean, organized, and stocked

• Keep the line moving during busy periods

• Answer questions about our products and availability

• Communicate with the rest of the team throughout service

• Restock supplies before they run out

• Help with opening, closing, cleaning, and other shop tasks as needed

• Friendly and comfortable talking to customers

• Reliable and on time

• Able to move quickly and stay focused when it gets busy

• Detail-oriented and accurate

• Someone who notices what needs to be done and does it

• Willing to learn and take feedback

• A good attitude and willingness to help the team

• Previous customer service experience is great, but not required

• Able to stand and stay active for extended periods

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable working in a busy environment

• Available mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Starting at $16/hour

• Pooled tips, typically bringing total hourly earnings to approximately $20–$27/hour

• Free bakery items

• Opportunity to take on more responsibility as Co-Dough grows
