Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies;
Maintain visibility to deter security-related incidents and assist visitors and staff as needed
