Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.;
Assist with access control, visitor management, and direction-giving while maintaining a professional presence in patient care and public areas.;
Document incidents, observations, and response activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
