USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Manage enterprise-level Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security programs;
Lead multifunctional SAP compliance inspections and advise senior leadership on security risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies;
Resolve conflicts among security directives, classification guides, and operational requirements across the full SAP lifecycle;
Serve as a technical authority and coordinate with external security organizations to ensure compliant program execution;
Advise Naval War College senior leadership on special access program and sensitive activities management and execution issues
