An exciting opportunity with a global company that operates across diverse industries, renowned for quality, excellence, and innovation. The role provides engineering support to a high-skilled maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Responsibilities- Reporting to the E/I Supervisor, support site maintenance activities and respond to plant breakdowns as required to diagnose and resolve faults of instrumentation or electrical nature.
- Install and maintain 415V AC motors and associated control equipment.
- Install, commission, and maintain safety, control, and measurement systems (level, pressure, temperature measurements, etc.).
- Carry out calibration and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems per procedural documentation.
- Maintain hazardous area equipment in line with DSEAR regulations.
- General electrical installation work including lighting and cable management.
- Time-served qualification in electrical/instrument discipline.
- Experience in fault finding.
- Previous experience using SAP would be beneficial.
- Beamex CMX software to carry out and record instrument calibrations is desirable.
