Equity Life Style Properties, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician–Level II in Newport, NC. You will perform tasks including light plumbing and carpentry, appliance repairs, painting and groundskeeping, contributing as a team to meet our high maintenance standards across the community.
On site, you’ll coordinate with management, attend daily briefings, and handle repairs and inventory. A valid driver’s license, 1–2 years of property maintenance experience, and a high school diploma are required;
