Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with rotating on-call, generally every 4-5 weeks.
Commute: Candidates must live within a 30-minute drive of the property.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-service-oriented Maintenance Technician to assist with day-to-day property upkeep. This role focuses heavily on preventative maintenance, residential service requests, turnover preparation, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Apartment Turnovers: Prepare vacant units for incoming residents, including painting, repairing walls, and cleaning.
- Systems & Appliance Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, or replace basic plumbing and heating configurations, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and major appliances.
- Work Orders & Customer Service: Complete resident service requests efficiently while maintaining a professional, respectful, and friendly demeanor as a company representative.
- Curb Appeal & Grounds: Maintain exceptional property curb appeal through daily outdoor grounds maintenance and enhancement projects (
Note:
Primary snow removal is outsourced). - Preventative Care: Implement long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes to ensure property longevity.
- Experience: Proven professional property maintenance experience is required.
- Autonomy: Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to continuously lift heavy items, climb stairs, and comfortably use ladders.
- Transportation: Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation.
- Background Check: Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test is required.
