Are you passionate about being on the water and providing exceptional service? Join our team at a prestigious Private Yacht Club located in the heart of Newport Harbor. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Launch Driver to help us deliver a seamless experience for our members and guests.

As a Launch Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our yacht club. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating the launch to transport members and guests to and from their vessels.
• Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the launch.
• Providing friendly and professional service to all members and guests.
• Monitoring safety protocols and ensuring compliance with harbor regulations.

We’re seeking a candidate with:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or operating small vessels.
• A valid boating license or certification (if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety and harbor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A reliable and professional attitude with a focus on safety and service.
