Job Responsibilities:

Schedule service appointments Reschedule missed service appointments Other assignments for outbound call include but are not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, declined service, pre-paid maintenance Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email Book appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications Assist with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Previous customer service and/or call center experience a plus Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers Excellent follow through and follow up skills High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen prior to employment
