Maintenance Technician role at Love's Travel Stops
. This position focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assisting the manager to ensure smooth operations to serve customers. No experience? No problem — we will teach you!

• Provide general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service to support store, restaurant, and truck care departments.
• Operate and maintain equipment to support facility operations, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, plumbing, pressure washing, site inspections, and related tasks.
• Assist with cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles as needed.
• Uphold safety and customer satisfaction by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; work in varying temperatures as required.

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to learn maintenance tasks and operate a variety of tools and equipment.
