As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make a meaningful difference every day by providing compassionate, hands-on care that helps our residents maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining
- Provide safe transfers, mobility assistance, and repositioning
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Measure and record vital signs as assigned
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
- Keep resident rooms clean, safe, and comfortable
- Follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident care
- Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- CPR/BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required
- Newly Certified CNAs are encouraged to apply!
