Maintenance Supervisor - The Elena | Newport, TNSeeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at The Elena in Newport, TN. Ideal candidate has strong multifamily background and hands-on technical skills.
EPA certification required.
- Lead and support maintenance team
- Complete and oversee repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.
- Ensure timely resident service requests, including on-call rotation
- Maintain property appearance, safety, and compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
- Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budget
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA and CPO certification required
- Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
- Ability to lead, train, and hold team accountable
- Customer‑service focused
