Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing skills
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements:
Active Vermont Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
