Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is seeking an RN to join our Adult Outpatient (AO) Team
. Whether you're a newly licensed RN or a seasoned nursing professional, this is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment supporting individuals in our community.

• ✔ Provide nursing care, consultation, and oversight for Adult Outpatient clients
• ✔ Support treatment planning and implementation
• ✔ Collaborate with community healthcare providers
• ✔ Educate clients, families, and staff
• ✔ Provide medication delegation and training
• ✔ Advocate for individuals with complex health needs

You’ll play a vital role in promoting safe, healthy living environments for individuals in their homes and community settings.

NKHS is a 501(c)(3) private, non-profit Designated Agency serving Caledonia, Essex, and Orleans counties. Our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities by promoting hope, healing, and support.

With more than 450 employees, NKHS provides services to nearly 4,000 community members annually, including mental health care, substance use services, developmental services, case management, psychiatry, residential supports, school-based counseling, and more.

• Vermont Licensed RN (LPN considered; RN preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a mental health setting preferred
  
  Leadership experience preferred
• Strong collaboration skills across medical and clinical teams
