ERP Analyst (CSI)

Portsmouth NH Remote 100% but ideally local candidates are preferred.

The opportunity:

In this role you will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in creating and maintaining process maps. Working closely with the Project Management team in providing regular updates on project updates to the senior leadership team. The position will require some regular travel to Newport, Vermont.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for all end-to-end processes in the business
• Conducting in-depth analysis of ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Utilizing Infor CSI Syteline ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP system functionalities
• Providing regular updates to the ERP Project Manager and assisting with project progress tracking
• Supporting end-users and training initiatives to drive ERP adoption and efficiency
• Experience in supporting projects with multiple vendors on a project as part of the ERP program model
• Experience with ERP support: ticketing systems, reporting Support on Power BI reporting for Sales, Finance, and other business functions

What you will need to succeed:

At least 5 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst in a Syteline (CSI) environment.
