Galvion in Newport, Vermont seeks an experienced Supervisor I, Manufacturing to lead daily production, coordinate staffing for a Fri-Sun 5am-5pm weekend shift, and ensure safe, high-quality operations on the Plant floor.
This hands-on leadership role requires at least an Associate's degree and 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and experience with Lean and ERP systems to drive continuous improvement.
